Service DetailsDemand ITS will work with you to provide the right solution, if that means upgrading an existing server or doing a new office from scratch we can be your end to end partner for this project.We will first consult with you on the desired configuration, from there we will quote the required components and prepare a written proposal for the project. We can also obtain on your behalf quotes for all required equipment though RB Computing Inc. or simply provided you with the required specifications and allow you to source though your preferred vendors. One technician is typically dispatched to your office to perform a survey of the existing equipment so we can identify any potential issues before the deployment begins. Once all the information has been gathered we will prepare a quote detailing the software and configurations for your new network, after that has been approved we will schedule a time to deploy the network. The network deployment typically this takes two to three days depending on the size of the network and pre-existing systems and applications. After the deployment has been completed a document detailing the configuration of your network will be prepared and sent to you to ensure that you have the information required for on-going maintenance of the network. |
