Greetings!
We have some great news, starting this week we are now testing having a technician available on Saturdays from 10 AM to 4 PM for IT Support, open a ticket or call into us as you usually would, and a team member would be happy to help!

March 24 – COVID-19 Update #2

The new normal?
It just might be, at least for a while. Demand ITS is working with our partners and remaining committed to keeping you secure.
To that end we are extending telephone and remote support for residential issues to our clients under the existing terms of your service agreement.

March 16 – COVID 19 Update

We find ourselves in interesting times,
I hope this email finds you in good health, effective May 16, 2020 Demand ITS will be restricting it’s on site visits to support essential services only. System upgrades and regular maintenance will be postponed until such time that the current COVID-19 situation improves.
