How we are keeping our customers secure during the COVID-19 Crisis
The new normal? 
It just might be, at least for a while. Demand ITS is working with our partners and remains committed to keeping you secure.

To that end, we are extending telephone and remote support for residential issues to our clients under the existing terms of your service agreement.

Many of our clients are on fixed agreements, and this will result in no additional charges for any issues that impact your remote working, even if that requires us to help troubleshoot your home WiFi or personal computer equipment.

To all our clients who are using home equipment to access work, we are offering no-charge AV Defender antivirus for the duration of the COVID-19 crisis, respond to this email, and we will send you an installer link.

We are actively engaging new partners to help facilitate remote working, if you are stuck and need advice, please feel free to reach out to me for no-obligation advice.

One last thing, many hackers are using COVID-19 to spread fear and ransomware, please always be cautious of the links you click and websites you visit. With many working from home, some of the standard protections and security measures are no longer in place.
